Excellent service from the moment I called to inquire about an estimate, very different than other companies. Joshua Purcell was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain things to me with the plumbing. He was very honest with his suggestions on how to address certain items. Other companies where wanting to change other items that we're working just fine or tried to upsell me on stuff I did not need. After talking to Josh and looking at the items other companies looked at, he gave me a much better solution along with an in depth explanation. Overall they were the most professional company and the only one that left me with a good feeling. I will be going with Peterman brothers for new water lines in our new kitchen/bathroom & our heating and cooling needs.

On 9/4/2025 I request Peterman Brothers online web to clear my clogged kitchen sink. I received immediate response and have Peterman Tech come in to work and clear the clogged within one hour. The Tech man has a machine and did a good work, exam the input, output of the sewer line, and gave me a good promotion discount. I appreciate ..
I used the discount as tip to 2 good workers.
After 2 calls and two drill cleanings, the drain keep clogged. The third workman came to suggest a power jet cleaning cost $700, with $100 discount . 9/10/2925

Wow is an understatement for Jacob. He was at our home to figure out a toilet issue but in following his training he discovered a gas leak in our basement utility room. The Collins family literally owe him our lives. It was the best $95 spent to fix the leak.

Peterman Brothers is a great. Their customer service is stellar and they are open 24/7 in case of any immediate needs. When we called them, they were very diligent and were able to send someone out to our house within 1-2 days.
When they came to our house, they texted us a picture of the person coming and their name; this was a nice touch and made me feel safe! I also noticed that they always wore shoes covers when coming inside the house. Upon inspecting our home and figuring out our water softener situation, they were very helpful in giving us knowledge about the situation itself in detail.
Due to the way our house was built, they ended up having to install plumbing pipes and a main water shut off valve, along with the water softener. When they were finished, they also left us with salt in our water softener as well to get us started.
Overall great service and business! I enjoy how patient they were with all my questions and concerns. They did a good job explaining the process to me in detail and got the job done. Great experience!

They provide options but are not pushy about additional services. Scheduling is easy and timelines met. Pricing has always been fair and technicians are friendly, professional, and efficient. We were so pleased with Tim G. (electrical) and Jon B. (heating) during the past two weeks as they provided repair and maintenance services for us. We highly recommend this company. We also enjoyed Stailey today for annual maintenance (HVAC and Plumbing services have shown excellent consistency). Additional quality service today. I woke up a few days again to a gurgling sound in my toilet as I was taking a shower. I didn't think much of it, thought it was a clogged drain from hair, I have long curly hair.
Come to find out my sewer is clogged. I called on Sunday. My mom swears by this company. Someone could have come out but I waited until Monday morning. The gentleman were very nice. Educated me along the way and made sure I understood what was happening and why they were doing what they were doing. I've got roots in the line and old clay pipes going out to the sewer line.
I was offered a great deal with good financing. They will be starting work within 48 hours.
Thank god for Petermans. It feels good to have a company you can trust that's honest and explains how things work. Best of all, they do it all: Air conditioning, plumbing, electric, HVAC, water heater.
This could have been a bad day but I feel relieved.

As a former house manager for over 30 years, I have higher-than-normal experience with vendors and service personnel and because I work in high end homes, I expect excellent consumer service. Often in my job, I am called to choose the provider and set up services. In this case, the homeowner arranged service and I was present to greet the provider and get them situated. As it turns out, the hot water heater was a goner. Leaking and corrosion at the bottom told me what I already knew. The serviceperson, was amazing. He came with shoe covers ready and was polite, friendly and explained things thoroughly so I could present the information to the homeowner over the phone. The homeowner chose to replace with a tankless system and we scheduled for the next day. The following day, Josh T, Brandon C, Mike W and Daniel T arrived for the big production. This was a challenging job. They covered the carpeting and were respectful of the property and finishes. After realizing the 75 gallon tanks from a basement area would not fit through the door on a dolly, they called the boss who promptly showed up and helped lift them over the trim work and get them out without one scratch to the home. Not an easy job! The crew was there all day and left shortly after 5. Brandon stayed behind to walk through the new equipment maintenance and instructions and ensure everything was satisfactory before having me sign off. I recommend Peterman Brothers for any of your HVAC, electrical or plumbing needs and will recommend them to future clients and colleagues.

The service person, Brian Wortley, was friendly and conscious of my home by wearing shoe covers. He took about 30 to 45 minutes to do his check of our furnace. He stated that everything looked good and no repairs were necessary. This means to me that he was thorough in doing his examination. This gives me confidence that the furnace will do it’s job during the cold weather ahead. Some how this review is showing to have occurred recently when in reality it was 2 years ago and I can't figure out how it was accidentally changed. I was attempting to leave a different review for a plumbing service that did just occur yesterday. Hopefully I will be allowed to leave that review.

We had our whole house rewired had couple hiccups but expected some with house being older techs were great but the service I got from call center wasn't so great also had plumbing completely redone again techs were great but call center not so much not been able to use our toilet or washer going on 2 weeks had tech here late last night and wasn't able to fix problem said they would be back today then get message to schedule appt when called they said couldn't get out till Friday after argument said possibly today but definitely tomorrow after the money we spent I think this is unacceptable

The Electrical technician throughly checked out my house wiring and the power panels inside and outside my house to make sure they were working correctly and were ready for the winter. He noticed that my electrical panel inside the home was overloaded and one of the switches was arcing which could have caused a fire. He answered all my questions about maintenance and assured me that the best bet was to replace my unit to get it back to working at peak efficiency. He also figured out how to best supply my garage with electricity at the same time. He worked on the repairs until nine PM at night so that we would not have to go without power for more than one day. We scheduled a maintenance review at the beginning of spring/ summer to make sure the system was ready to kickoff the warm months lying ahead.

We were told that they would be there at some point that day, and would call us before the technician came. We got a call about 45 min before that he was on the way.
Patrick was awesome. He find the problem right away and gave us a couple of options on how to fix the problem. He was professional, courteous, and the best part, our house is cool again! We definitely recommend.

Aron from Peterman's came out a did my free waterheater service, that included flushing it and analyzing the flush contents, to determine if further service would be needed. It wasn't, it's only about 3 years old.

James needs to be cloned and put onto all your trucks. He was not the first plumber to look at the problems with my house. But he will be the last, he spent an extraordinary amount of time making sure that I understood why I was having the problems that I've been having through three repairs ( by other companies ) and how he was going to make sure that that wasn't a concern for me ever again. Even after I said I was signing up for the service club (whatever that's called ) He made sure that I knew about all the awesome benefits so that I would be sure to take advantage of them. :-).
Once my plumbing is finished, I'll be having them back out to optimize my upstairs heat. Followed by my electrical "challenges" and stand by power.

I expressed my concern based on reviews on Facebook and that I was worried I would experience predatory practices or have someone who didn't want to do their job right. The installation crew didn't check to make sure they had connected power correctly. The furnace went out less than 30 minutes after it was installed, and that is when Peterman got extremely problematic - not wanting to send people out for multiple days, initially saying that nobody could come out for 4 days. Once they agreed to send someone the second day (after arguing with me for 45+ minutes) they then cancelled without telling me, and acted confused when I called and was upset that nobody showed up to the appointment.
My youngest son woke me up worried about how cold his bedroom got, and there was nothing I could do except give him extra blankets, because Peterman brothers couldn't be bothered to fix their mistake in a reasonable time frame.

I was hesitant to work with Peterman because I generally think any company with that much advertising is ripping you off. However, we have had nothing but good experiences with this company and their professionals. They are not the cheapest option but they are fast, communicative, straight forward and really take care of the customer service. For example, both times we used them this year they handled contacting the parts company to get the parts sent under warranty. Other companies told me to call the parts company. A small thing but makes life easier when I already have problems on my hands like ice cold showers or no AC! You do pay more but the service is worth it in my opinion. I don't feel ripped off and I trust them!

Sometimes, when you're making a major purchase/repair, it's almost like throwing a dart at a dartboard and hoping it hits the right place :)
We checked several places, and all the prices on new furnaces were pretty similar. Some a few bucks more, some a few less, but all right in the ballpark.
We chose Peterman based on the salesperson who visited our house to give us the price. He was friendly and professional, and never made us feel pressured to buy. He simply laid out our options/prices, and basically said "If you need, us, call us". We appreciated that he didn't pressure us to make an on the spot decision for something that would cost several thousand dollars.
Installation day--our installers, Justin and Daniel arrived on time and got right to work. We have an older house, and they ran into a couple of snags, but handled it like true pros. They were friendly yet professional, and kept us appraised of their progress throughout the day.
Once the furnace was installed, tested, and up and running, the did an excellent job of cleaning up and left our house in great shape.
We couldn't be happier with the service from Peterman. We made the right choice.

Adam came to service my furnace & AC. He first had to call for some help as one of the tires on his van was leaking air. The help came quickly in a big flatbed truck and changed the tire right on the street. We both were happy to see that! Evan was awesome highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable and helpful for folks on a budget. 10/10 plumber. I was not a fan of the electrician who came out. The electrician basically added an extra 600 to the bill and left a hole in my drywall. He left a plate to cover it but left it for the plumbers to handle. Sadly I had to make the repair my self for the hole in the wall.

Peterman Brothers are always very polite and I am satisfied with their employees. Jordy Diaz came for annual air conditioner service and I asked for whole house humidifier. They gave me a quote and I went ahead with it. Jordy explained what they were doing through the installation and was very professional and polite. Would definitely have him service my HAVAC equipment.

I have had a good experience with Peterman Brothers. They did a furnace/AC install and today a ductwork cleaning. Would recommend them to anyone and I do. They are professional and efficient in all their work. Today (8/6/25) had a leak with water on the floor in kitchen. It was the water line for the ice maker. Was repaired and have no more problems. Very happy. Jason did a great job. Quickly found the problem and fixed it.
Even used stainless steel tube so there will be no more leaking. Today(8-13) Nathan came out to fix my light in the kitchen ceiling. He did a great job. Was professional and friendly. Explained what he needed to do. I am happy with his work and with Peterman's. Today (9-18) Cameron came out to do an annual AC check and cleaning. He was friendly and professional. Arrived on time. I was happy with the service I received and will continue to recommend Peterman's. Today (9-23-25) Cameron came back to replace the ultra violet light in my furnace that had died. He discovered it last week and ordered one. It zaps the dust so it doesn't get in the house. He quickly replaced and again was professional and friendly.

Chris and Josh were here to do some electrical rewiring. They were so pleasant and were very thorough. Even when they kept encountering unforeseen problems they continued to work together and figured out what could be done and did it together. Even though there is one problem left to be dealt with, I'm very pleased with the work they did.
