On May 21 , they came out to put in my new A/C system , at the onset , they (Lance and Mike ) the technicians were very professional, and did a great job . now is where they lose points with us... we was scheduled for around 8 am on the day in question and while i might have expected an hour or 2 variance , they did not arrive until around 4pm . and they was here till after 7. on the following morning , we awoke to a cold house , I called back in , and was told (somewhat rudely ) that we could not be got to till friday morning , I called back in and spoke to someone in charge who, very quickly got us on the priority list and they sent out Robert who got here within a couple of hours and within that time It was discovered the Gas had not been turned back on to the furnace . Robert was quick to check things out , made a couple of minor tweaks and the system has been fine ever since . Since it has not been warm enough to run the A/C , will see how that goes when time comes.

Dillon came today to flush our city water service line after repair of a break and subsequent presence of dirt in the lines. Darrin Lewis amd Peterman Brothers are hands down amazing. My entire experience was amazing in fact. When I called them they didn't promise when they could be there but said it would be the same day. I got a call 30 minutes later saying the technician was on the way. He actually arrived exactly 30 minutes later, got straight to work, explained the process along the way and I got all my problems fixed for a ridiculously good price. From the time I called them to the time everything was done took no more than 2.5 hours. I work in Property Management and can tell you that this turnaround time is the best I've ever encountered. I'll never use anybody else and I want them to know that Darrin was awesome. I give him and the company five stars and recommend them to anybody!

The technician that came to my house for the repair was friendly and knowledgeable. We first went over my electrical system and moved on to the specific problem. There were options to the repair, and he informed me of the pluses and minuses of each. I chose the one that took less time and material, but still confident that it was a good fix. I had a great experience today with Brandyn. I expressed my concern based on reviews on Facebook and that I was worried I would experience predatory practices or have someone who didn't want to do their job right. This was absolutely not the case. He checked everything and explained everything he was doing. showed me what he found and explained how he tested it. I was involved in the whole process and he answered every question and was very empathetic to our situation. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. He got everything taken care of same day! I'm very happy he offered me the monthly membership that saves me the 85$ fee on a maintenance check up for my furnace and air conditioner. I even saved money today by getting it! Absolutely blown away with Peterman brothers and especially Jeff Waltz. Jeff could not have been more professional and personable. I scheduled an estimate. Jeff arrived and asked what was going on, I explained everything and everything I personally replaced. I spent some time on it and within 30 seconds Jeff glanced at it and said I had everything correct. Jeff could have moved onto the estimate, but nope. He was determined to troubleshoot and find the issue. That he did. The estimate for a new unit finally came up when I had to ask. I only asked because of how old my unit is. Jeff had made it clear from the beginning it wouldn't be until the end, so I didn't have to ask from any fault of his.
The service industry is crazy. I couldn't imagine going to a car lot with a 20 year old car not working and them fixing it before giving you an estimate on a new car.

I woke up a few days again to a gurgling sound in my toilet as I was taking a shower. I didn't think much of it, thought it was a clogged drain from hair, I have long curly hair.
Come to find out my sewer is clogged. I called on Sunday. My mom swears by this company. Someone could have come out but I waited until Monday morning. The gentleman were very nice. Educated me along the way and made sure I understood what was happening and why they were doing what they were doing. I've got roots in the line and old clay pipes going out to the sewer line.
I was offered a great deal with good financing. They will be starting work within 48 hours.
Thank god for Petermans. It feels good to have a company you can trust that's honest and explains how things work. Best of all, they do it all: Air conditioning, plumbing, electric, HVAC, water heater.
This could have been a bad day but I feel relieved.

Stephen installed a sump pump for my home. He was very polite and thoughtful, even offered to put down plastic so he didn’t make a mess through my house, which I really appreciated. While in the crawl space for instillation, he noticed my dryer coil vent had detached from the output to the house and offered to reconnected it for me. Peterman Brothers is a great. Their customer service is stellar and they are open 24/7 in case of any immediate needs. When we called them, they were very diligent and were able to send someone out to our house within 1-2 days.
When they came to our house, they texted us a picture of the person coming and their name; this was a nice touch and made me feel safe! I also noticed that they always wore shoes covers when coming inside the house. Upon inspecting our home and figuring out our water softener situation, they were very helpful in giving us knowledge about the situation itself in detail.
Due to the way our house was built, they ended up having to install plumbing pipes and a main water shut off valve, along with the water softener. When they were finished, they also left us with salt in our water softener as well to get us started.
Overall great service and business! I enjoy how patient they were with all my questions and concerns. They did a good job explaining the process to me in detail and got the job done. Great experience!

Sometimes, when you're making a major purchase/repair, it's almost like throwing a dart at a dartboard and hoping it hits the right place :)
We checked several places, and all the prices on new furnaces were pretty similar. Some a few bucks more, some a few less, but all right in the ballpark.
We chose Peterman based on the salesperson who visited our house to give us the price. He was friendly and professional, and never made us feel pressured to buy. He simply laid out our options/prices, and basically said "If you need, us, call us". We appreciated that he didn't pressure us to make an on the spot decision for something that would cost several thousand dollars.
Installation day--our installers, Justin and Daniel arrived on time and got right to work. We have an older house, and they ran into a couple of snags, but handled it like true pros. They were friendly yet professional, and kept us appraised of their progress throughout the day.
Once the furnace was installed, tested, and up and running, the did an excellent job of cleaning up and left our house in great shape.
We couldn't be happier with the service from Peterman. We made the right choice.

Everything is explained, with photos as evidence, and an invoice generated for estimated repairs. Note that customer-supplied parts (e.g. filters for furnace and humidifier) will cost significantly less, as Peterman will add a hefty markup.

The installation crew didn't check to make sure they had connected power correctly. The furnace went out less than 30 minutes after it was installed, and that is when Peterman got extremely problematic - not wanting to send people out for multiple days, initially saying that nobody could come out for 4 days. Once they agreed to send someone the second day (after arguing with me for 45+ minutes) they then cancelled without telling me, and acted confused when I called and was upset that nobody showed up to the appointment.
My youngest son woke me up worried about how cold his bedroom got, and there was nothing I could do except give him extra blankets, because Peterman brothers couldn't be bothered to fix their mistake in a reasonable time frame.

We use Peterman Brothers for heating cooling AND plumbing. We have the maintenance plan with them. We like Eugene, who has been with us before for our heating and cooling inspection. He’s very honest and gives us good advice about our system and how we can help it run more efficiently.

Our air conditioning went out yesterday and the house was miserable. Yesterday morning, I called a few companies, and they were the only one that were able to come out the same day. I knew that we were getting ready to enter a period of a major heat wave, and we needed to know what was going on ASAP.
We were told that they would be there at some point that day, and would call us before the technician came. We got a call about 45 min before that he was on the way.
Patrick was awesome. He find the problem right away and gave us a couple of options on how to fix the problem. He was professional, courteous, and the best part, our house is cool again! We definitely recommend.

Guner was the lead technician and Austin was the associate technician assisting him to install our new Goodman HVAC gas furnace and central AC unit on 5.7.25. They arrived right on time and went straight to work. They were both very forthcoming with details letting me know what they were doing and answering any and all of my questions. When an issue came up, they called their supervisor and had the part they needed brought right out. Things went well from the day I bought the HVAC system to the minute the installation was completed. Guner and Austin were respectful of me and our property and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Gunar explained everything before he left very clearly. We had them come to clear a clog in our drain, and also to replace our garbage disposal. The person who came to do the work was very friendly, respected our home, and was great with our dog. The price for any of this kind of work is always very high, but theirs doesn't seem as bad as many. I am happy with the work that they did, for the price that they charged. And it's always nice that when they come to do the work

As a former house manager for over 30 years, I have higher-than-normal experience with vendors and service personnel and because I work in high end homes, I expect excellent consumer service. Often in my job, I am called to choose the provider and set up services. In this case, the homeowner arranged service and I was present to greet the provider and get them situated. As it turns out, the hot water heater was a goner. Leaking and corrosion at the bottom told me what I already knew. The serviceperson, was amazing. He came with shoe covers ready and was polite, friendly and explained things thoroughly so I could present the information to the homeowner over the phone. The homeowner chose to replace with a tankless system and we scheduled for the next day. The following day, Josh T, Brandon C, Mike W and Daniel T arrived for the big production. This was a challenging job. They covered the carpeting and were respectful of the property and finishes. After realizing the 75 gallon tanks from a basement area would not fit through the door on a dolly, they called the boss who promptly showed up and helped lift them over the trim work and get them out without one scratch to the home. Not an easy job! The crew was there all day and left shortly after 5. Brandon stayed behind to walk through the new equipment maintenance and instructions and ensure everything was satisfactory before having me sign off. I recommend Peterman Brothers for any of your HVAC, electrical or plumbing needs and will recommend them to future clients and colleagues.

I then told on the second opinion there was no reason for a new unit that current one was still really good just needed to fix what was broken. My biggest problem with Peterman Brothers is the scheduling. I have a maintenance contract and I asked for a morning appt. They can’t do that. They won’t schedule a time which means I have to stay home until they call. I did get in touch with a “live person” and she did notate my request. The technician that came was very personable and respectable (he arrived at 2:30) and did a thorough job.

I was hesitant to work with Peterman because I generally think any company with that much advertising is ripping you off. However, we have had nothing but good experiences with this company and their professionals. They are not the cheapest option but they are fast, communicative, straight forward and really take care of the customer service. For example, both times we used them this year they handled contacting the parts company to get the parts sent under warranty. Other companies told me to call the parts company. A small thing but makes life easier when I already have problems on my hands like ice cold showers or no AC! You do pay more but the service is worth it in my opinion. I don't feel ripped off and I trust them!

David Chhakchhuak and Gavin Winters came out to replace our entire HVAC system. They were quick, worked through a thunderstorm, very communicative throughout the day and we couldn’t be happier we picked Peterman Brothers! If you need HVAC replaced, ask for David and Gavin from Peterman!

Our boiler has had no problems since annual maint. inspections began over the past several years. Runs efficiently with no issues. It continues thru the latest inspection- our tech is very knowledgable in boiler operation and instills in us piece of mind and assuredness. He also is familiar with minisplit A/C systems and recommended some potential maint. issues that I was not aware of. Thanks again!

And I also renewed our maintenance agreement for another year which was worth the money! Our tech was Kevin, he arrived ahead of time and was very thorough and explained everything and all the recommendations for our system. he was very detailed, not at all rushed and took the time to answer all my questions. I was extremely pleased with the technician *******************************. ****************** was on time and very thorough and answered all of my questions in a professional and easy to understand language. ****************** made sure that I understood what he was doing and why. He also made a number of excellent suggestion including the advantage of get a whole house surge protector and the accompanying $7500 warranty protection for a very reasonable price. I was also very impressed with the home office staff who kept me abreast of the technician arrival time. Both ***** and her coworker were both extremely polite and knowledgeable of the inspection process and went to great effort to keep me informed of the scheduling and inspection process. I plan to continue the monthly Peterman protection plan for again a reasonable price.

Our Air Conditioner was over 20 years old. After doing research on several companies, we decided to go with Peterman. I met with several employees of them and was impressed with all of them. They educated me about a replacement system. They explained what I could expect from the company and they lived up to all expectations I had. They were very responsive. My previous service provider was getting to a point where I could not get a quote from them. I definitely recommend you have Peterman give you a quote. They probably won't be the cheapest quote. From my experience, I will continue using them for all my HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs.

I have been a customer for several years now. I have the service package. They come twice a year for heating and cooling and once each year for plumbing. The technicians are polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They are considerate of my home.
