Thanks to the regular inspection, the heating issue with my furnace was completely resolved. Tyler found a disconnected wire. My husband did an online appointment last night and we got the call the very next morning that Alec K would come out and help us with our clogged bathroom sink.
Alec K was very courteous and knowledgeable. Did a detailed assessment of our pipes that led to our bathroom. Got the appropriate tools to unclog our drain and our sink is now draining wonderfully.
Learned some things along the way about the the build up of our galvanized pipes.

PROFESSIONAL! POLITE! Very nice gentleman. Genuine people. Antonio, Zach, Jonathan and Dylan installed our furnace & air unit. These men were amazing! Very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. They offered us options whenever available. They took time to thoroughly explain everything we had questions about. Their prices were fair according to the work we had done. The work was exceptional! We met with them on Tuesday and have a whole new system working at 11 a.m Thursday. AMAZING! I cannot give them a high enough rating. We are very impressed. I woke up a few days again to a gurgling sound in my toilet as I was taking a shower. I didn't think much of it, thought it was a clogged drain from hair, I have long curly hair.
Come to find out my sewer is clogged. I called on Sunday. My mom swears by this company. Someone could have come out but I waited until Monday morning. The gentleman were very nice. Educated me along the way and made sure I understood what was happening and why they were doing what they were doing. I've got roots in the line and old clay pipes going out to the sewer line.
I was offered a great deal with good financing. They will be starting work within 48 hours.
Thank god for Petermans. It feels good to have a company you can trust that's honest and explains how things work. Best of all, they do it all: Air conditioning, plumbing, electric, HVAC, water heater.
This could have been a bad day but I feel relieved.

Spoke with Dan about the install options, he was well informed, didnt push any random things I didnt need, and the entire process went fairly smooth and quick.
Luke and Mike came in and did a great job getting the install done. Both of them were considerate, knew what they were doing and went above and beyond their required work to make sure they left everything in a good place.
Replacing an HVAC system is expensive and stressful but the group did a goodjob at making it smooth and quick.

I expressed my concern based on reviews on Facebook and that I was worried I would experience predatory practices or have someone who didn't want to do their job right. This was absolutely not the case. He checked everything and explained everything he was doing. showed me what he found and explained how he tested it. I was involved in the whole process and he answered every question and was very empathetic to our situation. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. He got everything taken care of same day! I'm very happy he offered me the monthly membership that saves me the 85$ fee on a maintenance check up for my furnace and air conditioner. I even saved money today by getting it! Our air conditioning went out yesterday and the house was miserable. Yesterday morning, I called a few companies, and they were the only one that were able to come out the same day. I knew that we were getting ready to enter a period of a major heat wave, and we needed to know what was going on ASAP.

I was hesitant to work with Peterman because I generally think any company with that much advertising is ripping you off. However, we have had nothing but good experiences with this company and their professionals. They are not the cheapest option but they are fast, communicative, straight forward and really take care of the customer service. For example, both times we used them this year they handled contacting the parts company to get the parts sent under warranty. Other companies told me to call the parts company. A small thing but makes life easier when I already have problems on my hands like ice cold showers or no AC! You do pay more but the service is worth it in my opinion. I don't feel ripped off and I trust them!

Yesterday, we had another great annual heat pump inspection by a qualified and experienced HVAC technician. We had them come to clear a clog in our drain, and also to replace our garbage disposal. The person who came to do the work was very friendly, respected our home, and was great with our dog. The price for any of this kind of work is always very high, but theirs doesn't seem as bad as many. I am happy with the work that they did, for the price that they charged. I have been a customer for several years now. I have the service package. They come twice a year for heating and cooling and once each year for plumbing. The technicians are polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They are considerate of my home.

A Peterman representative came out today to do our yearly maintenance check. His name was Kevin Z. He was absolutely wonderful. My husband was extremely happy with the jobs he performed. He went under the house and checked everything completely. He went outside and cleaned all the debris and leaves from the AC unit, Which no other representative had ever done. He was very pleasant.

There's something about owning a home that causes you to have an immense fear that the sound you just heard is actually a massive money pit opening up. Peterman has brought us some piece of mind though and we love working with them. We had them come to check out our AC and the team was prompt, super nice, and took great care of us. I have been really impressed with their commutation which makes booking them to come out and follow-up near seamless. We opted for a yearly plan with them so that we can keep on top of things throughout the year. Wouldn't go to anyone else!

Peterman Brothers is a great. Their customer service is stellar and they are open 24/7 in case of any immediate needs. When we called them, they were very diligent and were able to send someone out to our house within 1-2 days.
When they came to our house, they texted us a picture of the person coming and their name; this was a nice touch and made me feel safe! I also noticed that they always wore shoes covers when coming inside the house. Upon inspecting our home and figuring out our water softener situation, they were very helpful in giving us knowledge about the situation itself in detail.
Due to the way our house was built, they ended up having to install plumbing pipes and a main water shut off valve, along with the water softener. When they were finished, they also left us with salt in our water softener as well to get us started.
Overall great service and business! I enjoy how patient they were with all my questions and concerns. They did a good job explaining the process to me in detail and got the job done. Great experience!

Too many positives. I'll list them:
- They not only have a website but you can book an appointment online without talking to anyone. Surprisingly I booked for the same day never thinking I'd get it, but then I got a call 10min later confirming if someone can come out now. Want to know my last experience with HVAC? Took 3 weeks to get a hold of them to book an appointment, then took nearly 2 months to pay them because they only had phone payments. I loved them dearly but I'm too anal about appointments, timing, and getting payments squared away.
- First call. Had Fall furnace check. First thing the tech did? Explain to me different intake systems and what I had for my house. He immediately treated me with respect and intelligence, which I value greatly. They didn't see me as a walking meat bag with a wallet and dumb everything down.
- Prices for annual inspections are great.
- Spent a while talking about the systems in my house and optional repairs should I want to pursue them.
- This is the one that surprises me. They have a monthly membership you can join that gives you a slew of benefits like calling certain techs, discounts on future repairs, and even gives you free annual inspections (e.g. furnace, AC, plumbing, electrical). This is the first one I've seen that made me want to try it.

The technician that came to my house for the repair was friendly and knowledgeable. We first went over my electrical system and moved on to the specific problem. There were options to the repair, and he informed me of the pluses and minuses of each. I chose the one that took less time and material, but still confident that it was a good fix. After the repair the circuit was tested and everything was back to operation. If I need electrical services in the future, I will call Peterman and request ******.

This was my first experience with a plumber since moving to Zionsville more than 4 yrs ago. Frankly, I chose Peterman Bros from their TV promos. My experience far exceeded my expectations.
A service person arrived my house within 1 hr of my online request. Willy did an amazing job of tracking down my plugged sewer while faced with some abnormal issues to access the cleanout. But he persevered and solved my issue. He was very pleasant, clearly explained what he was doing, once he recognized the issue, proceeded to solve it. He respected the cleanliness of the indoor space. I was quite impressed and happy he got our system operational again. Finally he arranged for Tex to do a camera inspection of our main sewer line to ensure the issue was completely resolved.
Lotsa words, but very pleased and can quickly recommend Peterman Bros for your plumbing problems.

Sometimes, when you're making a major purchase/repair, it's almost like throwing a dart at a dartboard and hoping it hits the right place :)
We checked several places, and all the prices on new furnaces were pretty similar. Some a few bucks more, some a few less, but all right in the ballpark.
We chose Peterman based on the salesperson who visited our house to give us the price. He was friendly and professional, and never made us feel pressured to buy. He simply laid out our options/prices, and basically said "If you need, us, call us". We appreciated that he didn't pressure us to make an on the spot decision for something that would cost several thousand dollars.
Installation day--our installers, Justin and Daniel arrived on time and got right to work. We have an older house, and they ran into a couple of snags, but handled it like true pros. They were friendly yet professional, and kept us appraised of their progress throughout the day.
Once the furnace was installed, tested, and up and running, the did an excellent job of cleaning up and left our house in great shape.
We couldn't be happier with the service from Peterman. We made the right choice.

The installation crew didn't check to make sure they had connected power correctly. The furnace went out less than 30 minutes after it was installed, and that is when Peterman got extremely problematic - not wanting to send people out for multiple days, initially saying that nobody could come out for 4 days. Once they agreed to send someone the second day (after arguing with me for 45+ minutes) they then cancelled without telling me, and acted confused when I called and was upset that nobody showed up to the appointment.
My youngest son woke me up worried about how cold his bedroom got, and there was nothing I could do except give him extra blankets, because Peterman brothers couldn't be bothered to fix their mistake in a reasonable time frame.

Efficient, friendly service. I don't like the "all day" system of appointment booking but it's hard to find the time window system any more. Everything is explained, with photos as evidence, and an invoice generated for estimated repairs. Note that customer-supplied parts (e.g. filters for furnace and humidifier) will cost significantly less, as Peterman will add a hefty markup.

Very friendly from the start asked what we were looking for no high pressure sales pitch he worked us up an estimate. A little out of our price range but Logan followed up the next day and was sincere about earning our business and reworked some numbers that we could work with. The installers David & Paul were very promoted & professional definitely knew what they were doing. Hard workers didn’t even take a lunch break to get the job done. Hunter arrived on time and quickly determined what needed to be done. He started snaking our drain and found a substantial solid clog. With assistance from Jason and much persistence the massive root ball was cut and removed. Tex came later and scoped the drain pipe to determine what needs to be done to make sure the problem is corrected. We are working on a pipe replacement plan at this time and Peterman Brothers will do the work.

Let me first start off by saying me and my husbands experience with Peterman Brothers was truly great, the whole process from start to finish was nothing but fantastic. Our whole HVAC system just died on us this Summer and we have been without A/C for about a month and the heat waves we are getting in Indiana were miserable for us and our 2 cats. We decided to schedule an appointment with Peterman on Friday and were really shocked they were able to send someone out on a Saturday for the very next day. Alex Miller was the advisor that came to our house and was super friendly and very helpful and answered any question we had. He went through all the tier options that were available, for what we wanted done, and was able to get us scheduled for Monday morning for the upcoming week. Keep in mind this is all during a heat wave and it was 90 degrees that Monday.
The 2 Technicians that came on Monday were Andrew Cain and Kameron Clark and both did a fantastic job! Both of these guys were really friendly and professional and worked their butts off in this heat to get us up and running again with A/C, and it took them a good 9 hours to get it all done. Andrew walked us through everything that was done when they were finished and even cleaned up the area in our garage were the HVAC is located and made it look nice and clean. We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and would highly recommend Peterman Brothers to anyone!

The service technician, Donald, was so personable and thorough. He went above and beyond to get me answers to my problems. He even went to some of my neighbors to see if they were having similar issues as well. When he found nothing wrong, he called the city water department himself and asked them to come check their side of the water meter. Sure enough, it is a city side issue with the pipes and they are going to repair their side. Had Peterman Brothers’ technicians out today to replace a 30yr old failing HVAC system. Jake came out yesterday on a same day estimate call and worked us into their schedule the next day. As a former house manager for over 30 years, I have higher-than-normal experience with vendors and service personnel and because I work in high end homes, I expect excellent consumer service. Often in my job, I am called to choose the provider and set up services. In this case, the homeowner arranged service and I was present to greet the provider and get them situated. As it turns out, the hot water heater was a goner. Leaking and corrosion at the bottom told me what I already knew. The serviceperson, was amazing. He came with shoe covers ready and was polite, friendly and explained things thoroughly so I could present the information to the homeowner over the phone. The homeowner chose to replace with a tankless system and we scheduled for the next day. The following day, Josh T, Brandon C, Mike W and Daniel T arrived for the big production. This was a challenging job. They covered the carpeting and were respectful of the property and finishes. After realizing the 75 gallon tanks from a basement area would not fit through the door on a dolly, they called the boss who promptly showed up and helped lift them over the trim work and get them out without one scratch to the home. Not an easy job! The crew was there all day and left shortly after 5. Brandon stayed behind to walk through the new equipment maintenance and instructions and ensure everything was satisfactory before having me sign off. I recommend Peterman Brothers for any of your HVAC, electrical or plumbing needs and will recommend them to future clients and colleagues.

Over the course of two days we had multiple techs at our house. All were knowledgable, respectful and did a great job! Initially we had a leak which turned out to be clogged condenser line. Because there was also leak around furnace HVAC tech came to make sure furnace was okay. He found that the A/C coil was a block of ice, most likely caused by coolant leak. Repair cost didn't make sense for end-of-life unit that was too small for the size of the house. The next day they installed new HVAC system. New system works so much better and we are way more comfy. In 24 hours problem was diagnosed and new system installed which was much appreciated with temps in the 90's.
